5th Annual Lose to Win – 12 Weeks to a New You!
Start the season off right by losing weight and raising funds for local healthcare
CHATHAM, ON (Monday, October 6, 2014): Registration is now open for the 5th Annual Lose to Win! Hosted by Performance Fitness & Training, this 12-week program will provide participants with all of the tips, tools and resources they need to lose weight and live a healthy active lifestyle, all while raising funds for Chatham-Kent Health Alliance’s (CKHA) most urgent capital equipment needs.
Lose to Win
Lose to Win is a 12-week comprehensive program that encourages participants to increase their awareness of, and commitment to, the four pillars of a healthy lifestyle – physical activity, nutrition, healthy choices and disease prevention.
For a $125 fee, participants are given access to Performance Fitness & Training, Certified Personal Trainers, personalized fitness plans, group fitness classes and health education sessions for the duration of the program, starting on Monday, November 17, 2014.
The Lose to Win program is valued at over $1,500 and includes:
- 12 week membership with Performance Fitness & Training
- More than 20 free fitness classes
- A nutritional seminar
- Group training sessions
- Exclusive Chatham CrossFit class and seminar
- Access to your own Team Coach for guidance and support
- Lose to Win t-shirt
This program works! To date, Lose to Win participants have lost a total of 1,189.7 lbs and 1,115.5 inches and raised more than $55,459 for the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance Foundation.
Lose to Win participants will gain points for every workout completed at Performance Fitness & Training, body fat percentage loss, inches lost as well as pledges raised for the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance Foundation in support of CKHA’s most urgent capital equipment needs.
The four individuals with the most accumulated points at the end of the competition will be eligible for exciting prizes generously provided by Performance Fitness & Training. This year, the ‘Overall Winner’ will receive $4,000 in prizes, including $1,000 cash! Prizes will be awarded at the Lose to Win Wrap-Up Event in February 2015.
Lose to Win is open to all Chatham-Kent residents who are looking to lose weight, have fun and raise much-needed funds for local healthcare.
