On Tuesday, September 13, 2016, the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance Foundation (CKHA) and the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance (CKHA) will be participating in the 1st Annual Positivity Day in CK!.
The Chatham-Kent Health Alliance Foundation and CKHA will be spreading positive cheer at the Chatham and Sydenham Campuses by offering complimentary parking to patients and visitors between the hours of 9am and 4pm. Staff and volunteers will also be on hand distributing treats donated by Nutrition Services to visitors at both campuses.
“Both the Foundation and the CKHA believe in the benefits of positive thinking,” says Fannie Vavoulis, Director of Development for the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance Foundation. “Changing the way you approach situations has the amazing potential to improve our lives and the community. It is our hope that providing free parking to visitors will spread positivity within Chatham, Wallaceburg and the community.”
Positivity Day in CK! is a community wide celebration of the benefits that come from having a positive approach to the way the community lives, works and plays. Organizers are encouraging individuals, businesses, schools and organizations to participate through small acts of kindness.
