Chatham, ON., January 12, 2015 – Thanks to a $12,500 contribution from Great-West Life, London Life and Canada Life, the Dr. Don Patterson Student Learning Centre project at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance (CKHA) has received a significant boost of support.
Freedom 55 Financial, a division of London Life, is recognized for this contribution to the Dr. Don Patterson Student Learning Centre project, and funds will support the development of a space within the Chatham Campus dedicated solely to its medical students.
With this recent donation, the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance Foundation has received contributions totaling $75,000 through the national corporate citizenship program of Great-West Life, London Life and Canada Life. These funds support various worthy initiatives, including the Central Registration Fund, the Making the Right Investment – MRI Campaign and the development of a Physicians’ Lounge and Conference Room at CKHA’s Chatham Campus, among others.
“We are so grateful for this generous gift of $12,500 in support of the Dr. Don Patterson Student Learning Centre,” says Michele Grzebien-Huckson, Executive Director, Chatham-Kent Health Alliance Foundation. “Freedom 55 Financial has always been a wonderful supporter of our efforts and we are thrilled they have chosen to once again support local healthcare through this unique project.”
