Representatives from the Confederation Chapter IODE (Ridgetown) presented a cheque for $2,000 to the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance Foundation (CKHA), in support the $6.9 million CKHA Diagnostic Imaging Equipment Renewal Campaign.
The vision of IODE, a Canadian women’s charitable organization, is to improve the physical and emotional health and expand the educational opportunities of all Canadians within a unified country.
This is the second donation from the Confederation Chapter IODE to the $6.9 million CKHA Diagnostic Imaging Equipment Renewal Campaign. To date, more than $4.4 million has been raised in support of new diagnostic imaging equipment at the Chatham and Sydenham Campuses, including a new CT Scan. During the 2016 year, more than 650 Ridgetown and Area residents utilized the CT Scan at CKHA.
