Chatham-Kent Health Alliance Foundation is a recognized Better Business Bureau (BBB) accredited charity in good standing, and was awarded Accreditation in 2019.
Becoming an accredited charity through the BBB involves a lengthy application and review process, and not all organizations qualify. To receive our seal of accreditation, CKHAF was required to:
• Demonstrate that our organization abides by the BBB Accreditation Standards
• Submit to a thorough vetting process
• Be approved by a local, independent board of directors
As one of CKHAF’s core values, trust is an integral part of our organization, and the first step of developing an authentic and meaningful relationship with our donors.
BBB Accreditation adds an instant level of trust during a donor’s first impression of CKHAF. Whether online, or by receiving one of our appeal letters, the BBB Accreditation Seal gives members of our community piece of mind that their first interaction will be positive and built on trust.
