A Message to CKHA Foundation Donors

Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, along with our service provider TransForm Shared Service Organization, are currently victims of a ransomware attack.

The safety and security of personal information related to our donors, supporters, and friends, is of the utmost importance to Chatham-Kent Health Alliance Foundation.

New information has revealed that the information obtained in the attack does not include any donor information. CKHA Foundation securely stores all donor information on a separate third-party data management vendor, Blackbaud, that is not connected to the networks that have been compromised. We have confirmed with Blackbaud that our donor records remain safe and secure.

Your personal or financial information has NOT been breached.

Chatham-Kent Health Alliance Foundation does not store credit card information or bank account information in our database.

As Chatham-Kent Health Alliance continues to experience this service interruption, Foundation staff have switched to NEW temporary e-mail addresses. If you are looking to contact a member of the staff during this time, please call our office at (519) 436-2538 or click HERE for new contact information.

We are sincerely thankful for your patience and understanding as we navigate this situation. Click here to view the latest media release in response to the cyber attack.
