
Mary Lou Crowley
President & CEO
As President & CEO, Mary Lou is responsible for the Foundation’s overall strategic direction and mission advancement. She leads the organization’s talent acquisition & development, and oversees the creation, implementation, and execution of the Foundation’s core fundraising programs. Reporting to the CKHAF Board of Directors, additional areas of oversight include governance, financial and legal compliance, risk management, and stakeholder relations. Mary Lou champions a collaborative partnership with CKHA’s senior leadership team.

Marianne Burke
Manager of Events & Partnerships
Marianne is responsible for the planning and execution of all Foundation events and cultivating corporate partnerships. Marianne is passionate about relationship-building and raising awareness about the impact that philanthropy and community support has on local health care.

Andrew DeBoer
Marketing & Communications Officer
Andrew oversees a wide variety of marketing and communications initiatives for CKHAF. This includes designing promotional materials, producing and distributing a variety of digital and print communications, managing the Foundation’s website and social media platforms, and much more.

Emily Demers
Manager of Finance
Emily’s role at CKHAF is to ensure accurate and timely reporting of the Foundation’s financial position using industry accepted accounting standards. She is responsible for maintaining the financial integrity of the organization using internal controls and strategic alignment of the operational budget to the shared goals of the organization.

Kylee Hamilton
Executive Assistant
Kylee provides administrative and fundraising support to the President & CEO, and serves as an administrative liaison to the Board of Directors. She coordinates all Board and Board committee meetings, and assists in maintaining governance policies of the Foundation.

Ethan Paxton
Events & Donor Relations Officer
Ethan is responsible for supporting our community events portfolio, including interacting with community event volunteers, attendees, and partners. He also stewards existing and new donors, ensuring appropriate recognition in accordance with our Foundation policies.

Ashley Rodrigues
Manager of Development
Ashley manages the daily activities of the Development initiates at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance Foundation. This includes raising funds through Individual, Major and Community Giving, and Special Events, as well as Donor Recognition. Ashley enjoys building relationships with a focus on enhancing awareness about philanthropy and the impact community donations have on local health care.

Jordan Shaw
Adminstrative Assistant
Jordan is an ambassador and first point-of-contact for the Foundation when supporters call in or visit our office in person. Her responsibilities include processing donations, issuing receipts and thank you letters, as well as a variety of other administrative tasks.
