
Bob Hockney
Chair
In 2001, Bob started BRR Logistics Limited, which began as the Breyers Ice Cream distributor for Ontario and eventually expanded to over 650 frozen products, with a head office in Chatham. He was President and CEO until selling the company in 2017, and is now President of R&B Distribution in Chatham. Bob is also a committee member of Holiday with a Hero and a supporter of The Respect Revolution, a local program that creates awareness of bullying in elementary schools.

Gaye Thompson
Past-Chair
A resident of rural Chatham-Kent, Gaye has been involved with Healthcare for most of her life. After retiring from a career as a Facility Supervisor with the Provincial Government, Gaye has spent countless years volunteering with CKHA, including her most recent role as a Patient Experience Advisor, where she spends time interacting with patients throughout the hospital. Combined with her role as Chair of the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance Foundation’s Board of Directors, Gaye is an ambassador for improving healthcare provided locally through the purchase of new equipment.

Shawn Bustin
First Vice-Chair
Shawn is a life-long resident of Chatham-Kent born in Thamesville. He has over 22 years of professional experience as a Senior Executive in the Financial Services Industry in Canada. Shawn is currently the President at AgriRoots Capital Management Inc. Shawn is consistently active in our community, having served on a number of Boards and Committees including: St. Clair College, Community Futures Development Corporation, Chatham Kent Hospice, Chatham Kent Chamber of Commerce and Dresden Minor Hockey. Shawn is also passionate about farming and is active in that sector.

Erin Kelly-Edgar
Second Vice-Chair
Erin is currently the Branch Manager at TD Canada Trust in Chatham, and has been with TD for 16 years. She is a foodie at heart which led to her interest in participating on the Parade of Chefs event planning committee, where she helped organize the 2019 record-setting event. Erin is now Co-Chair of the signature event’s planning committee. Originally from London, Ontario, Erin has lived throughout the United States and parts of Southern Ontario, where she currently resides with her husband Tim and their three children. When Erin is not at her TD St. Clair Street Branch, you’ll find her on the water, enjoying her passion for sailing. She sails the North Channel every summer, and one day plans to sail the North American Great Loop. Along with her extensive financial background, Erin brings a diverse understanding of people and ethnicities, as well as business development – all of which are a definite asset to the Foundation.

Jim King
Secretary, Treasurer, Chair, Finance & Audit Committee
Jim is the VP, Finance of TekSavvy Solutions Inc. With over 30 years of financial experience, Jim has been responsible for overseeing the financial operations for several large Chatham-Kent companies. Jim also serves on the Kent Minor Hockey Association’s Board of Directors where he also has managed their sponsorship initiatives. Jim’s financial expertise brings an insightful perspective to the foundation’s daily operations.

Adam Watson
Adam is an Investment Advisor and Portfolio Manager at JMRD Watson Wealth Management Team, an affiliate of National Bank Financial. After receiving his BBA with a concentration in Finance from Wilfrid Laurier University, the second generation Investment Advisor began his career with National Bank Financial in 2007. Adam furthered his financial education by completing the requirements for his Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) and Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI) designations, and also holds a Level 2 Life Insurance License. With more than 13 years of experience, Adam is now a certified Personal Financial Planner (PFP) and Financial Management Advisor (FMA). Adam has been an active member of the Foundation’s Finance & Audit Committee since 2018, and recently joined the Foundation’s Patient & Family Care Grant Selection Committee. He is a current member of the Wallaceburg Hall of Fame’s Annual Selection Committee, and has been participating since the age of 5 when he would attend meetings with his Grandfather. Adam lives in Chatham with his wife and daughter.

Darren Lopes
Originally from Toronto, Darren relocated to Chatham to experience the benefits of living in a smaller community. As a Manager with LCBO for more than 23 years, Darren has developed strong connections in the community that have made him an integral part of the Foundation Board. Darren believes in giving back more than you take, and uses his business acumen and connections to help make an impact on healthcare in Chatham-Kent.

Jim Hogan
Jim is the President and Chief Executive Officer at Entegrus Inc. and has been with Entegrus since 2001. Jim is active in the Ontario energy industry as being a member of several associations. Currently is a member of the Independent Electricity System Operator’s Stakeholder Advisory Committee. Jim has a strong financial and governance background as he holds the Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Director Designations, which will be an asset to a Board. Entegrus is a strong supporter of the communities they serve, and Jim is active in leading the many initiatives that the company and the employees take part in. Giving back to the community is a core value of Jim’s and being a member of the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance Foundation Board is aligned with his interests.

Lindsey Anderson
Lindsey is the Owner of Anderson Law Group, a team of lawyers and legal experts with offices in both Chatham and Wallaceburg. Born and raised in Wallaceburg, Lindsey returned to Chatham-Kent after completing her articles at a large London firm. She was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2007 and was admitted to the partnership of Carscallen, Reinhart, Mathany, Maslak in 2014, taking over the practice in 2019. Lindsey has served as a Director on the Board for Community Living Wallaceburg, and has also volunteered for previous Sydenham District Hospital campaigns, continually demonstrating her passion and commitment to our community and to local healthcare.

Lori Phillips
Lori, a Partner at the accounting firm Baker Tilly CK, LLP, is a life-long Chatham-Kent resident, born and raised in the Merlin area. She joined the accounting firm of Collins Barrow Chatham-Kent in 2003 and was admitted to the partnership in 2018 (Collins Barrow rebranded as Baker Tilly in January 2019). Lori has over 15 years of experience in the profession, providing accounting, taxation and financial advisory solutions to owner-managed businesses. Lori also works closely with many not-for-profit organizations throughout the community, including St. Andrew’s Residence and the Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation, assisting them with their specific needs and requirements.

Rocky Gaudrault
A 25 year resident of Chatham-Kent, Rocky is Partner and CEO of Junctura Group Construction and RE/MAX Chatham-Kent Realty Inc. As the Founder and Chair of TekSavvy Solutions Inc. from 1998 to 2012, Rocky has decades of experience in the private sector. In recent years, Rocky has expanded his business interests to a variety of industries including real estate, construction, insurance, sports, and restaurants. As Co-Founder of the Canadian Network of Operators Consortium (CNOC), former Co-Chair of the YMCA Rebuild Campaign, and long-standing member of the CK Community Leaders’ Cabinet, Rocky has played a pivotal role in bringing about positive change throughout our community and beyond.

Tom Kewley
Tom spent many years as the Branch Manager of Scotiabank’s Queen Street Chatham location, and is the current Branch Manager in Wallaceburg. Tom initially started volunteering his time with Community Development Committee of the Foundation of CKHA (one of CKHAF’s predecessor organizations) before joining the Board of Directors in 2014. Tom also served as the interim Foundation of CKHA Chair for four months during the 2016/2017 fiscal year.
